1 How will I know my order has been received?
You will receive an email conforming receipt of your order. If you do not receive confirmation please email us or call for more information.
2 How soon will I receive my lenses?
Lenses are usually dispatched within seven days.
3 Are they the same lenses I usually get from the optician?
Yes! By law we can only supply lenses that have been prescribed and fitted by your optician.
4 What happens if I don't have a written copy of my contact lens prescription?
If we have not prescribed your lenses at Brady Opticians or McBride & McCreesh Opticians we can easily contact your optician to verify your contact lens prescription.
5 I've had a sight test. Can I just send you that and the lens packets?
The lens packets will identify the brand of lenses you use, and the power. However we still need to see a valid, up-to-date copy of your prescription.
6 What if I wear own-brand lenses, such as Boots or Specsavers?
Please don't worry. Own-brand lenses are simply repackaged versions of the branded lenses we use and supply ourselves. Please don't try to guess which lenses you use! Just email or call us and we will do the rest!
7 What if I have an unusual prescription?

8 What happens if my lenses don't arrive?
In the unlikely event you do not receive your lenses please call us on 028 66322524 .
